We understand the importance of providing equal access to all individuals and are dedicated to implementing the necessary measures to achieve an inclusive online environment. Our goal is to enable all users to navigate, understand, and interact with our website effectively.

Appointments & Availability

Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time. The waiting time could be up to 1 hour. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but service cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed booking. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, so please arrive on time to avoid shortening your session.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from Star Studio Spa. If you do not receive confirmation, the time may still be unavailable. We may contact you to clarify details hookup such as time, service length, and any special requests.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment. Full session fees still apply, doesn't matter on how late you arrive and whether we can complete the scheduled service properly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with short notice or do not show up, you lose your deposit (if paid) and may be required to prepay or place a deposit for future bookings.
